Lorenz Grollo
Chairman and CEO
Lorenz is a specialist in property investment, development and asset management, and has been custodian of the Grollo family's landmark Rialto and Mt Buller investments since 2000. Lorenz's core focus spans investment strategy, urban regeneration and heritage adaptation, building on three generations of the Grollo family's 73-year property legacy, including Rialto Towers. He established Equiset in 2006 to deliver complex development projects and co-founded Equiem in 2012, a tenant experience platform now contracted across nearly 1,000 buildings worldwide.

Simon is a specialist in fund finance, treasury and governance, and leads these functions across the Praetorian platform. Simon's core responsibilities span debt structuring, hedging and refinancing, fund accounting and unit registry oversight, and investor reporting and distribution management. He also oversees the governance framework underpinning the manager's fiduciary obligations, including compliance, risk, Investment Committee support, and Praetorian's trustee, custodian and audit relationships.

Matt is a specialist in property transactions, development and capital, and has worked across the Australian market for over 30 years. Matt's core skills span asset regeneration, strategic leasing and capital structuring, having held executive director and portfolio manager roles at leading property companies. At Praetorian, he has led over $1 billion in office and hotel acquisitions and manages a $1 billion office portfolio, partnering with groups including St Martins (KIA) and family offices.

He brings almost four decades of experience in real estate funding, structured capital, strategy and risk management. Peter's core skills span capital structuring and risk oversight across the Praetorian platform, having spent 24+ years at ANZ Institutional Property Group overseeing a portfolio of $8 billion and 15+ years providing independent capital advisory services to developers, builders, family offices and wholesale participants.
